The ReStore

The Columbus-Lowndes Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a resale shop that sells gently used items donated from the community. The profits from the store go to building homes for our future home owners and our Critical Repair ministry.

Our store is operated by our amazing volunteers and staff who take in the donations and go on pick ups in the community for large items. They clean, process, and price all of the great merchandise and prepare the store every week for sells.

Items the ReStore accepts as donations:
Clean and gently-used building materials
Furniture
Household items
Working electric appliances
Kitchen items
Artwork
Linens
Home Decor

Items the ReStore does not accept as donations:
Clothes
Mattresses and box springs
Used toilets
Yucky, sticky stuff
Gas appliances
Electronics
Medical Supplies
Dishwashers
Used paint
Carpet steamers and Vacuums
Car seats and other baby items
Children's toys
Fluorescent Bulbs and Fixtures

If you're uncertain about a donation you have, please call the ReStore at (662) 329-2501.
The staff and volunteers can refuse any donations of items we do not accept or that are in an unsaleable condition .
